I’m having trouble unlocking the torment 3 difficulty, I’ve already finished the level 50 pit twice and I still can’t increase the difficulty. Has anyone experienced this? I have no idea what I can do

Have you tryed log out & log in back?
It has to be asked, the “is it plugged in” question… Did you finish the pit in the required time limit?
I’ve seen people slog thru in more than 15 minutes and while you get the XP for killing everything you don’t get to upgrade runes or unlock new tiers.
