Here’s my top tier Lightning Sorcerer using Chain Lighting as core skill and Lightning Spear enchant. This build is heavily focussed on momentum, low cooldowns and high crit chance. It has a fast clearspeed and is lots of fun to play. You can clear any tier 100 dungeon with this build and speedfarm lower tiers if you like. Ask me any questions I’m happy to help or discuss.

I haven’t tried this one on eternal but I did use a similar one with frozen orb enchant. It’s less effective and a lot harder but you can clear tier 100s. You’ll have to slow down your pace a little bit. My advice would be to invest a bit more in crowd control duration and possibly change raiment of the infinite to a more defensive armor. There’s an aspect that gives 40% more crowd control duration which does wonders. Optionally use aspect of shared misery as well.
Also lose the enchantment master legendary node and go for the extra DR against burning enemies on the burning instinct board ;).
Sorry if this is a dumb question from a casual non-season player, but about the lightning spear enchant - if you use the 3 points and put one in each do the modifiers also work or is it just the chance to cast LS while picking up CE?
There’s no such thing as a dumb question right? :p. I’m not really sure if I understand your question correctly though. Do you mean when the lightning spear procs from crackling do the modifiers of the skill apply? Like stun on crit? In that case the answer is yes.
