Not really, maybe for your build. There will always be affixes you don’t want. That’s the game.
Same goes for “+X% Attack Speed with Lightning Skills” or “+X% Critical Strike Damage with Wrath Skills”. I say we stick to the basics (“+% Attack Speed” and “+X% Critical Strike Damage”). Anything else is just forceful widening of the stat pool. I guess it’s done intentionally for the sake of prolonging the loot hunt but it’s too much. RNG is enough of an obstacle on the road to a “perfect” item. We don’t need more.
We call them affixes here.
And I’m sitting here with 75% damage reduction while injured, practically invulnerable if not one-shot, so, not useless just because you don’t like them for your build.

They exist because you can get both “+ attack speed %” and “+ attack speed with lightning skills %” on the same item.
You COULD. After rolling for a couple of years.
Or finding a bunch of different ancestral items as drops…
You can get more, you know. You don’t need to just reroll the same one over and over.
