Alright, so, I reported the heckout of this in the PTR, did it for each class to test it. But the TON rune only half works.
On Spiritborn, the 6th class now, I have CEM-TON. So, I evade and get 75 offering, I invoke sorcerer metiorites 3 times.
I then have XOL-ZEC. Xol gives me 150 for invoking another class skill. ZEC reduces ultimate cooldown.
This does not trigger. TON doesn’t triger XOL.
Furthermore, TON doesn’t trigger XOL with any other combination either. TON can be trigger if reversed with something else, however.
Is this intended? Is TON supposed to read differently than ‘invoke’? Because as written, it should work.

I’m having the same issue playing SB with CemTon to trigger XolQue, Xol never gets triggered. It works fine if I play CemQue and XolTon.
Ton → Xol interaction is bugged! Please fix
EDIT: I just read a reddit comment that made me wonder if the interaction is not working because “Meteorites” are not considered a Sorcerer “Skill” per say. If so, the wording on the rune with “Sorcerer’s Meterorites,…” is a bit confusing. Rune that are considered a skill should probably read something like the following to avoid that confusion:
“Invoke the Barbarian’s skill Earthquake, dealing damage to enemies within”

Having the same issue here. If it would be a bug it could have quite an impact on my build, as with Xol would be triggered every second time I shoot a Quill Volley (with Tam-Ton) and would generate 150 Offerings in no time!
How do we learn if it is the case?
@Melba: I just read the reddit comment as well. Very interesting line of argumentation.
