When do you think the D4 roadmap will be posted. I will go with the 22nd. :point_down:

I think it is bizarre they are posting an 8 month road map. No expansion? So it’ll be the seasons and any holiday events. I think the real bet should be if there will be anything besides what I just mentioned.

I hope it will not just be:

  1. Season 8, Mothers blessing, March of the goblins.
  2. Season 9, Mothers blessing, March of the goblins, Halloween event.
  3. Season 10, Mothers blessing, March of the goblins, Xmas event.

i can tell u what it is now…more nerfs, more garbage from the devs but we will have a ton more cosmetics for cash

I could go for a DLC like they did with the necro in D3, or something like the Darkening of Tristram event.

Season 9 Charms season. You find and assemble a device in Kyovashad where there is space for 5 charms, one has its effect doubled and the other 2 have the effect at 50% and the other 2 are common.

  • In this season a new dungeon system in the end game, where we have 50 classifications, types (2 the butchers, meteors that fall on you, etc.) and each one has 10 difficulty levels. That is, in this level 10 dungeon you will face 11 Butchers.

  • Season 10, season of skills.

Now when you reach level 200 of paragon you will unlock the 6th paragon frame. You will have 5 frame options, each focused on a main skill, each frame has 5 rare nodes, which alter your skill but only one can be chosen. Penetrating shot now leaves a trail of poison or freezes enemies when hit twice.

Nothing interesting at a guess. Events and maybe a hint at seasons.

My hope is the systems updates, reworks and new features come seasonally, and maps, classes and story come every other year via expansions.

I would also love if new game modes are introduced seasonally.

In thinking they are going to announce whatever comes on April 25th.

As long as it’s got plans looking into reworking legacy Stash code for more tabs, addressing duping and potentially improving vram leaks, it can be announced any day they like imo.

I think they went back to the drawing board. Rod thought they could all just settle back and take it easy and just re-skin the same seasonal themes over and over for the rest of their days… oh no, that laziness will not win you any first places anymore, those days are over, they need to get back to work and keep adding and expanding the game or perish. So… roadmap? It got torn up and thrown out and now they have to make a new one. When will we see it? Hopefully never.
