When completing Tier 1 infernal hoards I would get 2 items from the item chest each time I spend 20 aether. The tier 2 compass says More Legendary Items drop from end rewards. But when i complete a tier 2 I still only get 2 items per use of the item chest. Shouldn’t more items come out of the chest for each time you turn in aether?
What item power are you getting from Horde Tier 1? Tier 3 gives out 925.
