Is 50 the max level for tiers 1 and 2 or can you progress your level beyond 50 in those tiers before moving on to the capstone dungeon?
Sure you can, if the capstone is to hard you can grind out a couple of more levels and get some better gear then attempt it again, though levels might be really slow.
Also you get paragon point every 25% of a level after level 50, those will help quite a bit.
I believe you can keep leveling, but the world stops scaling at 50 in wt1 and 2. So youll level slowly
I hope you’re correct. When looking at Adventurer and Veteran, it states level 1-50 during the beta tests, but as I understand, the max level is 100. I don’t know why it says level 1-50 if you can go higher than 50 for T1 and T2. Sorta confusing.
So it would be like lvl 58-59 at max? Cuz you probably will receive penalty.
Think of tier 2 as “Normal” and tier 1 as “Easy.”
Because the world stops scaling at 50
What Cooperton said. The mobs stop scaling, and you’ll get diminishing XP for killing them. Like hitting level 85 in Diablo 2. You can still level, but it takes longer and longer each level. It’s more advantageous to change tiers.
Probably good to leave 1 stronghold uncleared since it should be at 52 and then you can repeat farm it for a bit.
You can but it would be pointless unless you really can’t beat the capstone dungeon. Tier 3 makes it so enemies can drop sacred items which are generally better than basic loot.
Thanks for all the helpful replies. Much appreciated.
