I bought the premium pass and am currently on tier 6 I have unlocked everything until tier 6 eccept the horse cosmetic on tier 1 it only shows the otpion preview and unlock tier
Did you get to the part of the campaign where you actually unlock the mount? If not, you have to complete that before you can utilize any mtx for it.

I’ve got the same issue, except it is Tier 10 (ColdIron Hauberk) that isn’t letting me claim it. However, I’ve claimed everything else up to Tier 20 already. It gave me an error when I first got the pass and tried to unlock, but I can’t remember what the code was. Relogged to see if it would fix but nope, Tier 10 says “Inspect” or “Buy Tier” but no option to unlock it normally.
Update: logged on today and was able to claim it. Guess something was fixed or the problem went away on its own somehow.
