I notice regularly that I do not get any resource generation from Tibault’s Will. I’m using the Metamorphosis Vampiric Power which makes me unstoppable when evading so I should gain primary resource every time I evade. However, sometimes it takes 3+ evades before I get any resource generation - in the meantime I’m choking down potions trying to stay alive.
So, here’s the way Tibault’s will works; You game 50 primary resource WHEN you become unstoppable. Metamorphosis makes you unstoppable for 2, 3 or 4 seconds after dashing depending on what level you have it at. All that being said, If you dash and are unstoppable you get the 50 resource, you can’t get the resource again until you are no longer unstoppable. You will know when you are no longer unstoppable because the broken chain logo above your characters head will disappear.
I’m going to go out on a limb and assume that you are using boots that allow you to have multiple dashes. If you want maximum uptime on Tibualt’s will you need to keep it at level 1 so your unstoppable from metamorphosis only lasts 2 seconds. You can also then wear a pair of boots that give you evade cooldown on attack.
TLDR: Tibault’s will will only give you 50 resource once while you are already unstoppable. Once unstoppable goes away you can get the resource again.
Ok, with this info I went and tested it a bit. I don’t have additional dashes, just one, but my boots do reduce evade cooldown on attack. I think the problem is that every evade resets unstoppable but if I’m understanding correctly Tibault’s must require you to not be unstoppable for it to proc the regen when you go unstoppable. So, when attacking and getting fast evade cooldowns, if I evade before it wears off I could have 10-15 seconds straight of unstoppable where the regen proc doesn’t work again until it actually wears off. Correct? It’s kinda hard to duplicate and see it actually happen due to the quick cooldowns and how fast a druid burns through spirit, but it’s definitely noticeable when you’ve evaded 3-4 times and are still out of spirit…
