As the title states if you’re already under an unstoppable effect you don’t get the resource proc.
The most interesting use is obviously pair the pants with Metamorphosis, and this makes the optimal choice to not level up that power so the unstoppable is shorter and you get extra resource gen. As you cant choose what lvl power you use or downgrade them, the only solution is to level another character.
Can confirm. I was initially glad to find a Flickerstep to use with it, but I had already upgraded the power and now it feels terrible.

And it never supposed to activate on dash. It activates when you BECOME unstoppable i.e. when you change your status.
and that is exactly how we proc unstoppable… holy crap you dumb. using METAMORPH
You can’t proc unstoppable if you are already unstoppable. You just extend it.
It says when you BECOME unstoppable i.e. you were not before and now you are. If you already unstoppable you not changing status effect, only extending it.
yet even with it OFF cooldown this interaction is NOT WORKING… you dont get your mana back. its broken the character Please do not comment if you do not understand or comprehend the issue. literally has broken any toon you put points into metamorph if you are using Tibaults. as the resource gen becomes broken nearly totally.

Hi the problem not the resource ! But I can not moving !!! 4 sec, if I evade to a pack of elite, the next evade not fire and do nothing because I am in unstoppable.
And this is very funny in a T90+ dungeon 
Every S tier Streamer/builders has already confirmed this as a major gamer breaking bug most have it is BOLD letters on every build do not put any points in Metmorph or the build will be broken. its broken period.
yeah Druid is getting animation locked all the time on it as well just like that.
It doesn’t really matter if it’s semantically correct. Change the item description to “when you gain unstoppable” after changing the way it works.
Metamorphosis + Tibault’s were released together, it’s safe to asume the interaction was intended.
As it stands right now rank 1 Metamorphosis provides double the resources over time than rank 3.
When the base skill performs better than the upgrade it’s a bug or a design flaw. Even worse in this case were you can’t choose to use the lower rank so if you upgraded before knowing about this your only options are level a new character or gimp your build.
It does matter that semantically it is correct. It moves the whole thing from bugs (unintended behavior) to feature request.
Metamorphosis + Tibault’s working exactly as tooltip says. There is no error. It was a design. Good or bad - different discussion. We are in a bug report secion and this topic has no bug.
Maybe it is inconvinient to you personally but there is nothing not working as was designed. Same were with Barber - min roll was in some cases better because it had “bigger” explosion.
