Which one uses this combination better? I would have assumed rapid fire with 20+ arrows but I can’t seem to get a build together that does more than TB? Any I cheesing wrong? If RF is clearly superior any suggestion on which build to use as a guide for RF cheesing?
Rapid Fire and Barrage don’t work with the extra Combo points effect from Tibault’s Will.
Use these:
Flurry → Attack Speed (capped at 100%)
Twisting Blades → Movement Speed (capped at 100%)
Penetrating Shot → Lucky Hit
Keep in mind the Lucky Hit on Penetrating Shot is specific on the skill cast, its not a buff with duration, instead your PShot gets the extra Lucky Hit on next cast.
What do you mean? Both rapid fire and barrage gain both number of arrows and damage per arrow.

It’s nuts anyone can say otherwise, the animation for how many more arrows RF is insane.
Barrage is still kind of useless though, the last 15 arrows shoot off to the sides not hitting anything.

Barrage not hitting anything because the multi shot is too wide is interesting…it seems to only fire the extra arrows everywhere but the center of the cone, only the edges of the radius of barrage have arrows coming out haha, what the hell blizzard!

Yes it does.
To see the extra damage in tool tip…yes and no. If you read the skill description it tells you what the damage is with 1, 2, 3 combo points. It doesn’t tell you what it does for 20 combo points. You have to extend out the math yourself.
