Its only 1shot if your not geard. Focus on some DR.
Cool story bro…but level 1 doesnt mean sh!t
My current limit is Tier 11 AoZ.
This event is extremely and grossly underwhelming. In Diablo 3, there is this Relic system where you can apply multiple relics in sockets - each having their unique and powerful effects. In order to run it, one has to be victorious in Greater Rifts - a serious of endless dungeons with a timer. You have to slay enough Elites and collect their orbs, face an end boss before the timer ends.
AoZ is pretty much a downgraded version of Greater Rifts. It is not as vast and open. AoZ is narrow and restricting; a 1 death limit (GF doesn’t have death limits); we fight 3 bosses; and the Blood Glyph has no unique abilities and is extremely hard to level.
Blizzard, you must implement the Greater Rift and Relic system to Diablo 4. AoZ will not cut it.
I ended up using the AoZ xp allocation for regular Glyphs. I maxed out all the blue gylphs and all the other yellow glyphs i desire. I don’t know what to do with AoZ event now… My Blood Glyph is level 4, and I don’t feel like leveling more…
P.S
The bosses must not have Vampire life leech abilities. I fought the Tier 11 Barbarian for 3 minutes straight. He’d be 25% health and immediately heal to 100%. I defeated him with only 15 seconds left. These bosses have health that are multiples of Lilith and Duriel combined!
alt f4 directly, after 2minutes of try new content… tired of this 1 shot bs, where half the time you got no clue whats killing you… most my gear is damage reduction… im still going from full hp + barrier + fortify to dead in a mili sec… from a small mob or two… there no middle point in this game after certain mob lvl, you either full hp or dead…
I like it a bit challenging but this just stupid and not fun at all… and its just a more boring version of higher tier rifts in d3 using already existing d4 dungeon skins… but thats just my opinion anyways… lowbuget crap … AGAIN!
real boss of the game is corpse bow. still one shot me off screen if i got no buff. you stand no chance. i have not idea why its dmg is so high. its like as long as char no buff, instant death on impact.
Some builds make it even worse. You can’t see the skills that kill you through all the effects caused by your skills. BL sorc is gambling in AoZ, you gamble on where a mob will spawn a skill under your arc reactor lightning balls ring before you move.
are you surprised by this amount of incompetence ?
you should know better by now, we’re talking about Blizzard here.
I have six level 100 seasonal characters (all classes, two druids) that all have cleared NM100 and killed Echo of Lilith.
Considering the ridiculous amount of glyph XP required to level up Tears of Blood and how fast monster health scales up in higher tiers of AoZ, I’m gonna just use the glyph at level 2 by doing T1 AoZ twice and be done with it on all my seasonal characters but HotA Barb.
It’s just not practical nor rewarding to grind for glyph XP on all of them.
Toughts ? Pathetic joke.
I spent month perfecting my build in every way getting max rolled stats and uber uniques.
and I found myself instantly dying to Bloodseekers in 6/10 attempts. I have 22k HP, 22k barier, 12k armor without buffs, maxed resistances and everything.
Difficulty is not an issue, damage is not an issue, trash is non existent for me regardless of Tier (I killed T11).
One-shots with my stats on necromancer are a problem because I’ve reached probably 98% of what this game technically allows in the context of survivability. Not even Blood glyph will do anything extreme with survivability at this point.
What pisses me off are the technical limitations of the game for certain classes and builds to counter stupid instakills on low tiers like T3-8.
This isn’t a skill or difficulty issue, it’s just plain stupidity that you get the instakilled by a direct hit abillity without any chance to dodge.
This content should just be renamed to HoTa End Game if no other class can consistently kill even low tiers… this is just pure fishing for easy affixes on blood seekers nothing more.
Sad testimony to the inability of the D4 team to design a unique challenging content.
almost all of my in game friends quit the game until season 3, I will probably do the same if I can’t clear tier 5 anytime soon.
What is sad is how people predicted we would get a deluge of whiners crying about the difficulty and they were 100% correct. ![]()

Honestly, I dont mind the overall thoughness of it. I am not that player who is grinding such content but at least I tried. What I do think tho is the unbalance within a tier. The dungeon gives me the false input that I am ok, I kill, I resist against the hits, I progress easily till the blood seekers where I instantly die. It should not work like this especially with one chance only. Dungeon should reflect overall difficulty at the first contact with enemies and blood seekers should not be more overtuned at the end than the other stuff otherwise you waste 5-8 minutes till real gearcheck which feels waste of time.
aa so getting instakilled by direct hit abillity with maxed stats is crying ?
delusional kid
Yes, and you are still doing it. Time to mature a bit and realize its just a game. No reason for such butt-hurt.
You should grow up and realize that 2 bugged builds do not represent the whole game and either be quiet or acknowledge the issue. Not advocating blizzard for botched content just because you’re cool for playing HoTa Barb.
Still crying ![]()

. Its just a game big guy. I promise you will be fine.
aa I understand now, you have no contribution or opinion to the discussion. You simply came here to troll. Okay fair enough.
My opinion is people should stop crying because part of the game is too hard for them. I know this must be hard for some to grasp.
I think that the first class to clear tier 25 of AOZ will be a Barbarian.
My problem with this is the morons that think this is anything but artificial difficulty. You really want a Korean style grindfest for glyph levels for your endgame? That sounds fun to you?
