Figured it out. New aspect for mighty throw and steel grasp cool down reduction cause issues with third eye blade not to work correctly

same problem here, so annoing i have been looking for this sword to use with mighty throw, and now i found it, and it does not work

This is the same issue I am having as well. When I remove the aspect for mighty throw and steel grasp cool down reduction the no cooldown works correctly.

Still happening. I just found out this bug and I now have to either start working on another build or a different character. I hope they can address this issue soon. =)

Now that we know it’s bugged, the real question is what’s better to use? The Third Blade for it’s cooldown and slight Weapon Mastery buff or great Lengendary 2-hander with the Weapon Mastery cooldown aspect with the massive damage buff?

Same issue here. I spent so much time on this build just to find it is bugged… Why is it not fixed after so long since the thread was opened?

As the barbarian is broken and does not work, rogue is broken and overworks…
That’s the way classes are balanced. All broken 
They pick a class at each season to make it broken and can be a 1 click cleaner and they pick barbarians to never be that class… When will we be that toon who can kill everything in 1 click just after 5 seconds of farming, not requiring 15 BIS items (ball gag included) that work properly?
