Does anyone know if you use these 2 unique items if it adds skills to weapon throw?
I saw that it changes the tagging of weapon throw to core.
Yes it does add ranks to Weapon thrown. This can be test with Third Blade and Banished Lord Tailsmen. Or Starless Sky. Or just a generic glove with +Core skills

I think Heir of Perdition adds to passives. Weapon Throw is an active skill.

Yeah I have a few ideas with the new skill. Walking Arsenal comes to mind. We get tons of skill points to play with on the PTR.
I remember having a lot of good theory crafting convo’s with you back in season 0
