I’m unable to send messages to anyone, but everything was working fine before. I’ve been using the Xbox Battle Pass without purchasing the full game, and I had no issues with messaging. However, after buying the Standard Game + Expansion Pack, I suddenly can’t send any messages to “not friend players”. I’ve already checked my privacy and communication settings and my ingame settings chat is all checked and allowed, all troubleshooting I search in forums and solution I found was perfomed, but nothing happened. Nothing has changed on my end. Could you help me figure out what’s going on?

Try to uninstall Battle.net desktop app on your PC and use Battle.net web page to access to D4 when launching the game
