Symptom:

  1. Launch Diablo IV

  2. Press Any Button

  3. Choose my Xbox profile which is connected to this Battle.net account

  4. Queued for Login - [<1 Minute Left…] OR [Authentication Pending…]

  5. Connecting to Diablo IV Services…

  6. Queued…

  7. Warning! There was a problem logging in. (Code 315310)

Analysis:

This relates to Battle.net accounts whose Country/Region is China.

According to several information sources on the Chinese gaming forums, this error can be solved by:

  1. Change account Country/Region from China to a different one, OR

  2. Connect the same Xbox profile to another Battle.net account whose Country/Region is NOT China.

Also according to several information sources on the Chinese gaming forums, this error did NOT occur on previous Diablo 4 testings and Diablo 2 Resurrected gameplaying.

Suggestion:

  1. REMOVE such checks for Battle.net accounts whose Country/Region is China.

  2. Let Battle.net accounts whose Country/Region is China can change Country/Region with more flexibility (like Microsoft).

  3. Enforce even stricter constraints for Chinese gamers that further let down millions of Chinese gamers after NetEase breakup.
