So, the Cir rune is bugged and only activating off of non basic skills now. Was using it with Heartseeker but now I can’t. It is a non-channeled skill, why is the rune description not changed to say non-channeled core skills if this is the way it’s supposed to operate? Either fix it to work with basics again or change the description because that is extremely misleading.

Really? OMG… this will totally break my Hydra build. I was relying on triple casting Hydras to trigger that. If it only works on core skills that’ll suck massively.
Do you have the coldclip aspect equipped? If so, take off the item with that aspect and see if the rune works. If so, that’s an unfixed bug that’s been around since the beginning of the season.
It was working yesterday with coldclip so I’ll give it a try without and see, would make sense if it broke again considering they keep bouncing the patches back and forth between different teams. I’m guessing they’re both using different codebases otherwise bugs that were fixed wouldn’t keep popping back up.
EDIT : Yep, Coldclip bug is back. Guess I can use Lith for now.
