There seem to be randomly missing textures when I play

So I just bought a new pc to play this game. It is top of the line and so far runs every other game perfectly. I have stress tested the thermals and they are perfect as well. For context, I have an RTX 4090 and an i9-13900KF with liquid cooling, 64 gigs of DDR5 RAM on an MSI motherboard (MSI MPG Z790 EDGE WIFI). I also have a 2TB NVMe SSD. When playing games on the new PC, I have been keeping an eye on it’s performance via iCUE (Corsair’s hardware monitoring/customization software), and Task Manager on Windows 11. I have noticed that after changing areas a bunch, my 4090’s dedicated GPU memory is at ~20.4 gigs of usage, out of 24. However, if I switch my texture quality to high in settings, and then switch it back to ultra, the vRAM usage drops dramatically to ~10.3 gigs. However, this comes with consequences: slowly as I play, random textures start becoming these weird green striped lines (Here is a link to twitter post with a screenshot of the bug: https://twitter.com/The_KindWolf/status/1667078756459245569 ). It seems to indicate a missing texture. Resetting the texture quality of the game sometimes fixes this temporarily, however I eventually need to restart the game to get the bug to go away for a while. I have tried to repair the install, but unfortunately this has also not fixed the issue.

Seeing everything you’ve described w/ 4080 16gb, i7-13700k, 32gb DDR5 (6600), and MSI Tomahawk Z790 DDR5. Crazy this game runs so poorly… I experienced none of this for the first 2-3 weeks of playing, then came back after a break/updates…and now it’s a sh!t show. Purchased for PS5 until this is resolved.
