There it is. The void!

Trying to find reasons to really stay and play but i dont.

Scroll of restorations? Being a singular usage.
The amounts of gold you have to keep massing to masterwork with this poorly RNG system.
And the buggs with the aspects not upgrading properly.

This is it. This was my farewell letter!

And also, where the f is the Nerf hammer for spiritborn class ? Its 1000 times stronger than the rest.

Never understood these “I’m quitting - read my rant!” posts. Why announce it?

Is there a single constructive sentence in this post?

And yet here you are.

To point out how silly it is - and to give you the attention you so desperately require.

Oh, mark My words, i dont want anything to do with you.

Oh, in that case sorry I couldn’t be proxy to your pity-party, and supply you with an echo chamber to reflect your own opinion.

Blizzards biggest fanboi , farewell !

Are you fishing for a 100% perfect roll?

Gold should be a non issue. Trade runes or boss mats if you can’t figure out what items to keep that others will buy. ( I will grant you blizzard could do more in providing an easier trade experience and not require us to use 3rd party platforms to trade)

Yeah Blizz just wants to have a large number of people playing the class as a metric to claim they did good.

Gold should be a non issue. Trade runes or boss mats if you can’t figure out what items to keep that others will buy. ( I will grant you blizzard could do more in providing an easier trade experience and not require us to use 3rd party platforms to trade)

Disagree, why can I not play the game the way I want? I don’t want to get into trading, I am solo and that is what I prefer. I am tired of devs “indirectly dictating how and what I should play” Every season, there is an OP class so if you want the best ROI for your time (it is our currency) you really should play the OP class. If you want to level fast, get best out of your mats and have enough gold for your journey you should group up, trade, etc.

I think I find enough gold and play efficiently enough to avoid getting broke but… Why do I get 3-4 times max masterwork on the most useless affix in a row draining 20-30M out of my pocket all the time? This is nonsense RNG on top of RNG, RNG and RNG. I find it really annoying and sinister that this is the 6th season and I tend not to get this “bad RNG” when I manage to roll max masterwork on important affixes. It will not roll again max for some time.

I do not want perfect rolls, but we do want fair return of rewards for our invested time and effort and it is not happening. Some content creators argue that the season ends 21 of Jan or something next year, so you won’t get your hero fully built in the first 2 weeks of the season most likely by design. Here is what I think: this game is by design short lived, hardly anyone plays eternal. Since it is 3 months long, I feel there is a sense of urgency to complete my own builds so naturally, I want it faster. They are delusional if they think that most players will be happy to complete their hero few weeks prior to the end of the season, this is counter productive to retain players in my opinion. just my 2c

You can, you do not need to trade as you even stated later.

The gold would be a non issue if you traded, you make the choice not to trade. There is nothing inherently wrong with that if that is how you want to play. You do not get to have it both ways though. You can still farm the gold to get the rolls you want if you put in the time.

That is how these kinds of games work to keep people playing. And as someone who has been playing the diablo series since D1 but more relevant to this conversation D2 where I have yet to have found a rune above Vex in solo play and only a Jah once in online over the years. The RNG in this game is VERY generous to use relative to D2. If you are really frustrated by it I would suggest this game is not for you even if you want to like it.

I think this may only apply to people with very little time to play (1 hour a day tops) and like you who chose not to trade (again nothing wrong with this if it is how you want to play but you are choosing to play less efficiently).

I can agree though that eternal is not nearly as active as say non ladder in d2, there could be things done to address this but I don’t explect anything to change sadly.

Yeah this irritates me quite a bit that they do not test appropriately. What they allowed with spiritborn really is crazy.
