- What kind of ignorant game developer do you have to be to actually come up with the crazy idea of making it impossible to move items within the inventory? You can’t even move items in the storage chest.
How come? What’s the insane reason for this? The only option is to have the inventory / storage box sorted automatically. But anyone who wants to sort items themselves, wants to move them around, looks at the display as stupidly as rarely before in a collection-motivated action rpg.
Has it really gotten to the point where users are actually being brutally patronized and actually forbidden to sort and manage their inventory on their own?
I simply don’t have the imagination for this funny move here to understand why it should be better for the user to only be able to sort the inventory automatically or not at all.
- Why has micro-management of gear turned out to be so cumbersome, clunky and awkward?
After pressing the “Options” button, you get to the character window. And if you now want to swap gloves with +fire resistance for gloves with +lightning resistance, for example, you first have to press in the “left stick” and then scroll down with the “left stick” for what feels like 6 seconds, because you only in this totally cumbersome way, insight into his resistances.
And now you have to either memorize all your resistances in your head or take a cumbersome photo with your smartphone. And although you are no longer allowed to manage your inventory / equipment in this view. If you now also want to manage the equipment, then you have to close this nice status window again, and now you no longer have any insight into the resistances.
Toll. One wonders what Blizzard was actually doing all this time. Because obviously nobody with serious interest in gameplay aspects has dealt with the UI production.
You could really think that a trained circus monkey took care of the entire UI. Whoever was responsible for this must not have cared about the entire UI and user interface.
- No keyboard and mouse support for the console version of Diablo 4, even though the Diablo brand is the most famous hack and slay in the world?
How ridiculous it sounds. You just had to provide that support. And you still have to bring that support, even though you owe it to the fans. Yes exactly, for the sake of the venerable fans who want to play on the console with a damn mouse and keyboard.
