I started up the game right and the first thing it asks about is adjusting the brightness until barely see the logo. The thing is the logo was missing.

I ask friends about it they seem fine so I leave it default and continue. I watch the cutscenes and finally get to the character selection. I pick and go to customize but I can’t see any of the options.

Again I ask friends and also did a bit of googling and I could not seem to find anyone having issues. Friends suggested uninstalling the high-resolution pack so I did and waited an hour and a half (3hrs total at this point from all 3 logins) only for the same thing to happen.
EDIT: I manage to fix it by lowering my graphics. I hope maybe updates can help me be able to do higher graphics
