How do I feel after my uberless runs? Not angry. I dont feel the need to use heavy swearing. I already passed this point. Resignation took that place.
Now i will make a few days pause and try to motivate myself to farm summoning materials for my next uberless runs. Thats the hardest part.
Nevertheless im also happy with the runs. Why? Not only didnt i find an uber item i also did not find one single 925/unique item that is worth rerolling or replacing my actual gear.
But wheres the good thing? It cant get any worse.

Spare some mats to run in a party, it yields more runs per mat

I have every possible rogue-unique with very good rolls (not perfekt) in my stash. In all my runs i do not find upgrades or better gear anymore.
All the runs i red every single item at the blacksmith. The last upgrade i received is such long time ago i cant even remember when .

I also just came out of a 50 run Duriel farm. One person got 5 Ubers, one person got a GF, and the other two got nothing. I was one of the last two.

Makes my point that there should always be a linear progression along with RNG. (A salvage token system that eventually grant you a desired item and affix.)
Imagine working a 40 hour shift and have a 2% chance of getting paid, or hitting the gym 2 hours a day for 3 weeks and see absolutely no gains or improvements.
The RNG system on D4 reminds me of Korean and Japanese MMOs where everything is random.
Blizzard should learn from other renown ARPGs like Path of Exile and Last Epoch. They both have unique systems that rewards steadfast dedication.
ouch! hope many of those 50 items came from a “double drop”? I went somewhere between 180 - 200 runs without a single double drop
Those two things do not go together. Either it is random or it isn’t.
Both can exist at the same time…
Elder Scrolls online for example, you can either hunt Monster Boss sets or eventually buy them with gold and or PvP points in Cyrodill.
Only try no. 28 was a double unique drop

I fell ya man. I get the same garbage over and over and rarely get anything that’s worth a damn. I gave up on getting anything ‘uber.’ That’s how I feel every time I see the Butcher too.

Every time I see a goblin I think: “Fun! Useless though.”
Every time I see an elite I think: “Nothing on it but it least it plays.”
Possibly, I can get anything from anywhere. Once I got 300% fists of fate from a legion chest. Good times. Thing is that I only ever got that lucky once. Maybe I want to be lucky more than that and maybe I’d like to be thinking: “An elite, let’s see what it drops!”

When you get a double unique drop from Duriel and neither of them are uber it’s not a good feeling. Like you just got the rug pulled out from under you.

Ha i feel you man, did about 30-35 in the last two days with a group and found jack squat!!! Im goimg to give my sorc in D2 more magic find to see if that will help on my next Duriel run.
Nver do Duriel solo as its super easy to get rotas going. You missed out on 150 other runs by doing this. You just cant do it solo. Its so much time wasted. They made it required. Discord is super easy to use. I know some ppl are meh and dont want to bother but you just wasted hundreds of hours to do the same solo.

So the new dungeon will be starting at t100. I can maybe do 80 but 75 is punishing me pretty hard. Got the armor for t100 and the resistance, and I think my damage is alright as well, but what I don’t have is reduction to go with this. Perhaps if I stack reduction and make very cool preparations I will break 90. Great.
I got some fine gear, just not an uber helm then… But my issue is that I like to play my way, cool style I like. So then I can’t break 100. Fine for me, I don’t really like dungeons but outdoors rather. Now with this I won’t have a choice. And I can’t solo, naturally. I will have to leech runs until an uber drops for me in there. Not so good gameplay and I also need to find people to bring me. That’s the build diversity kicking in.
So thing then is that I, and other oddballs and casuals, will be stuck at Duriel. But this time we’ll all be soloing cause no one else runs a crap boss for things they can get by killing monsters instead. Which is, after all, the main theme of the game.
I’m getting the suck vibe from this.
