Long story short, D4 still hasn’t won a single award voted on by gamers. DICE awards are voted on by developers within the industry.

In the same vein, among the vast majority of players worldwide who have already paid for Diablo 4 or are about to delve into it, that list of awards has long been recognized as nothing more than a Raspberry Award.

Online-Game of the Year is the award won by Diablo 4. Becoz a bunch of kids who made the game first time with a budget of less than $10k forgot online features that would monetize the game to make them rich and win online-game of the year. It’s their missed opportunity. Let’s hope they could make another game that would fill up their pockets. Hope their earnings on this game would be able to feed them until their next GOTY game if ever they could make another one.

And yet you keep on playing the game you keep on ridiculing instead of playing that pause-play-pause-play-pause-play- Baldur’s Gate 3. Why are you still here? Becoz you prefer this game over that boring pause-play-pause-play RPG game.

its called GOTY aka game of the year,
and it is not a diablo 4

and anything other doesnt matter.

For me, 2023 was the year I bought the worst game for an excessively high price, with no endgame, no fun and no content. Guess the name? haha ha

It doesnt matter to me. Diablo > Baldur’s Gate since it started.

Pause-Play-Pause-Play is not that kind of game for me although I played BG2 and Icewind Dale back in the days. I prefer spontaneous live action on videogames… not a turn-base-chess-like. Would I watch Baldur’s Gate gameplay on the internet? That’s so boring.

D4 isnt the best game but its far from the worst game.
