I mean cmon, just look at the incinerate flamethrower aesthetic effect, how can it be akin to spraying water, it just doesn’t gel and doesn’t make sense at all 
Just love how that sorc is spamming mobs with its flamethrower and it does next to nothing. Then one Frost Nova annihilates everything it spent all that time annoying with its fire.
It’s why I prefer to say that my the Fire Sorc I leveled to 100 used a Frost Nova build.

Yikes. Yeah thanks for spending 2mil on respeccing for me so I don’t have to waste testing flamescar after buff. That damage is pathetic.
Honestly incinerate should be one of the strongest spells in the game for how it’s used. You NEED to channel and stand still to do damage, and it’s damage is in a cone. Sure the aoe bonus to it is nice but it’s only to close enemies. The whole spell is completely whack and needs a gigantic buff to ever see play.

Clearly not built right. Mine crushes open world content very easily. You do not have the right build setup for incinerate this is very clear. I do 25k-50k average dmg at level 74 your doing 2k at 100.
Another 2,975,000 dmg and you’ll be as good as a rogue

Nothing will top rouge dmg. Incernate still needs work but this is clearly a troll thread.
I mean regardless he has 12 points in incinerate? It should be doing way more with a unique and 12 points alone.

No it shouldnt if you dont have any correct paragon, or items just like every build. That unique isnt even good. Incinerate requires alot of burn damage and it scales off it. Incinerate has 0 base damage so poorly bursting 2k dmg for a skill that has 0 base dmg is fine.
Ok we get it we should polish the turd more thoroughly before calling it a turd

We have a difference of opinion what a turd is. This is def a solid B tier build. A turd build would be D tier imo. You troll to much. Go back to general discussions.
How many unique items do we (sorcerers) get to say exactly this about? That’s another issue.
Yes uniques in general need buffs.
You’re right. Frost nova is way too strong. They should nerf frost nova to bring it in line with sorc’s other abilities.

Hell-to-the-NO!
Frost Nova is the by far the most fun skill to use. It’s obviously effective because of it’s ability to apply vulnerable en masse, and it starts a chain reaction of destruction. It looks cool, and the sound for the spell is awesome. This spell best be left alone. Perhaps they could adjust the other spells so that they could be more effective in the absence of Frost Nova?
Incinerate is like buying a lemon at a used car lot. It looks good until you try to turn it on and realize it doesn’t work.
see i told all fireskills need a buff but Blizzard ignore this , Hydra and fireball and other skills realy realy low this is a disaster
