Here’s my take on double swing nado barb clearing a 90 NMD @ lvl 89-90:

As you’ve guessed, im running only frenzy and double swing + wotb, using unconstrained.
Basically you go for atk speed in your vampiric powers (ravenous, moonrise), undying for survival, hectic for wotb reset and metamorphosis for mobility and unstoppable.
For uniques, battle trance and tuskhelm are mandatory for the DR stacks (you take combat frenzy). Im also using ramaladanis.
Berserk ripping and anemia for CC and to let your dswing go crazy and you fart out nados.
Honestly, its loads of fun and reminds me of D2 gameplay.

I want to make a similar build, but on Eternal.
Unfortunately, I dont think you can that is this effective. Youll be missing out on a large chunk of damage (nados) and survivability and speed from vampiric powers.
You have 3 skills on the bar, I only have 1 (just DS)

I don’t get why you’re heavy in overpower but it never procs, like that one legendary Paragon node seems broken and doesn’t activate and you’re not weapon swapping.
WAs just showing off the 1 skill on the bar, the whole build has full skills on the bar, it’s in the video description. Also, I said in the description that it’s not optimized for 1 skill, just to show off in the video. Sorry for the confusion
There’s a legendary aspect that makes overpower proc after swapping weapons 8 times. I have a lot of attack speed from gear and vampire powers so I’m getting it to proc every ~3 seconds.
