I was playing with a friend, when I lost conection to the server. In the character menu I then get an error saying “The selected party member was not found. (Code 316703)”. Apparently the only fix is to restart the game, so I did. I waited in queue for 2 hours only for it to happen again after around 5-10 minutes of playing. I now have a queue time of 140 minutes… Please fix this or implement some sort of queue saver. This is extremely frustrating.

Has happened to me several times last weekend and this weekend. Sadly blizzard doesnt care.

Agreed, they still have no fast-lanes for people encountering bugs to reconnect. Everyone is going to the back of the line
the weird thing is it only happens to me and not my friend, regardless of who creates the group. Also it doesn’t just happen every half an hour or so, I literally only get to play for 5 min before it crashes…
Confirm this issue is still occurring. After being disconnected and encountering “The selected party member was not found” error, all other characters on the account cannot be logged in as they encounter the same issue. The only workaround seems to be exiting the game entirely and restarting, but this causes you to have to wait through the entire queue again.
same here 5 times now - didnt happen last weekend as i solo played all weekend - is it only because of group play? is anyone else encountering this while NOT in a group
Yes, I encountered it three times solo and twice in a group.

Same here had no issues last weekend solo or group play. I created a Necro today and ha very benn disconnecting then placed back into 35+ minute queues to only play for 5 minutes. Son next to me hasn’t been dc’d once. He is on xbox one x and I am on xbox series x

Now, my buddy came back and it’s affecting only me. He can play normally, while I get DCed every 5-8 minutes.
Are y’all on Windows 10 like me, cause it’s only affecting the windows 10 folks in my friends group.
It’s happened to me on both Windows 10 and Xbox. I think it has something to do with my battle net account

yep, happened to my wife and I as well. I was still in the game and she could not reconnect. Had to quit and reenter queue. Not a fun experience.
