The 'resource generation' option of ring. I need your help guys!

Hi teachers.
first, I’m playing in asia sever with babarian torment

in this site, Ring’s best option is ‘resource generation’
But I’ve never seen this option. other asian players, too
and Korean blizzard counselor said, ‘There is no record of this option being deleted’

So Im so wondering about the ring option’s existence

I can’t find it either.
I’ve inspected other barbs I see in world bosses and they dont have it either.
I suspect it only starts dropping/rolling on X level gear?? (I’m level 70 and never seen it and have been trying to roll my crit/crit/vun/x rings with no luck.

Did someone find that affix yet or is it not in the game like Shout Cooldown Reduction?

It only exists on end game level items, ancestral rares/legendaries

Since hitting level 75 I’ve found it on two rings, so yep its late game only.

Yes it is in game I’ve seen it on rings and offhands after I hit lvl 70.

Bumping this as it’s valuable info. I wasted resources trying to roll this on a ring. This is one place where maxxroll doesn’t tell the whole story. Thanks for this thread.

I found one ring that had +4 resource when CC’ing an enemy when I was in my mid 40s. Imprinted it on a ring at ~400 ilvl. Since had to replace the ring and never found another one, even a bad roll.

I got a resource generation roll on a level 65 ring on my lvl 66 barbarian.

The tool tip on it says ‘gaining mana from any source gives you X% extra mana’. Does this work on mana regen?

yes i have a ring that improves resource generation. The affix is rather rare but it can drop.

Can also confirm looking through the rare rings in stash that it is an option. Item power 746 and lvl 65 req, item power 769 and lvl 83 req and one legendary item power 737 and lvl 70 req. Not a lot of them but def possible to get it. Higher item power higher resource generation of course.

My ring has it, but I’m curious how it affects resource generation when my resource doesn’t generate unless I hit something. Does it increase how much I get back when I hit a mob?

you want a mothers embrace unique ring. it refunds 40% resource cost when you hit 5 enemies or more at once.
