Crashes before and after updating to most recent driver. This is a D4 specific bug with the most recent patch and it is very annoying. No error reporting on the crash, only a “reopen” option.

May want to post this in the Bug Forum, and/or the Technical Support forum, see if anyone’s come up with a fix.
I just got the same window just getting on horse back to ride to the next waypoint. No TP involved. Sure I am a Druid and the horse probably preferred this option…but I would just use the report to tell them what you were doing so they can look into it.

constantly crashing for me too, decent PC - only started after today’s patch
Same here, just crashed while teleporting.
Had this on the PTR. I had to disable ray tracing to fix it. I can’t remember the exact setting (game is still patching).
