I spent 9k of my microsoft credits redeeming the D4’s premium battlepass two days ago,but I haven’t got the battlepass in game , I can’t find the redeem record in my order history either.
The guy who coped my report ticket suggested that I’d better post this issue in the bug report forum.Hope this can priotize the bug fix slightly.
Same here i bought premium pass from Microsoft rewards system redeemed the key to my account and still have nothing but it took points from my microsoft acc and no transaction history on battlenet acc sadly
Happened to me as well.
Microsoft support redirects to battle.net support.
Still waiting for a response from the battle.net support.
The issue is frustrating to say the least
