The explosion from these pants should qualify as an enhanced crackling energy that grants mana otherwise there’s no way to scale it’s damage. It should work similarly to Greaves of the Empty tomb + Desecration glyph and tempers.
the explosions were bugged in the PTR (what was not ?) and doing much less damage than intended.
It has been fixed and lets see how it will works on season 5.
