I only played the lightning sorc for the beta on XBOX ONE, and I had to eventually turn off the sound effects and played from level 20 to 25 with only music and dialogue on. Any time I attacked it just started to garble everything. The fact this even made it to beta as it is, is embarrassing, to say the least. The game right now isn’t worth 5 dollars. Glad I haven’t pre-ordered it. IFFF it gets fixed, I might buy it on sale after a few months, but for now, D4 is a hard pass.

Was it just too loud for you? Or was it a certain spell?
Here’s a video I just created to showcase this fun sound that we had to experience in our household. It’s over 9 minutes, but it was made to show a buddy of mine the lag I was getting during gameplay as well on the Xbox One, while he was experiencing very little on the PC. If someone loves that ASMR stuff and is also a masochist, this video will be right up their alley.
Same issue was happening with Necro with Ice Mages.

Oof, that sucks. I figured there had to be more out there on other classes. Hopefully Blizzard sees this and gets it taken care of before launch. Not that I’ll personally buy it before it’s been out for a few months, but for the sake of other players, I hope so, haha.
