My items after today’s update simply disappeared, both from the character and from the bag.
And they cannot have been crafted. I put them in favorites, everyone. And not even lying on the floor.

Hello, when i was starting Diablo 4 VoH this morning. I missing several items from my character and stash. They were items that i played hours for to get them 
I miss my:
I play only on my PS5 and did several restarts it didn’t work
They are not in the inventory, they are actually gone.
Some are mythical. And everyone becomes a favorite.
It was impossible to have sold it or thrown it on the ground.
I even opened a ticket with the prints.
As soon as I opened the game, the character was already without his armor and gloves. Because they are “skins”
I wish they were in the trunk.
But they really disappeared.

This happened around 2:30 pm ~ 2:40 pm. That’s why the game crashed, and then there was the update at that time.
Items simply disappeared. Why?
There was supposed to be a lot of abductitis in the trunk and yesterday there was 1290, and 2 more sparks.
Because of the mythical armor and the mythical ring.
Another detail. The gems are in the char bag. Ruby and Skull.
Today they have a little more, because I created a druid, to see if it makes you excited to play again. Because that way, there’s no way.
I invested hours in that char. Apart from the money, right? GAME+EXPANSION ALL ULTIMATE.

Were any of those items something you traded for with another person?
Its possible they were removed if they were hacked or duped.
But there is nothing I nor anyone else here on this forum can do to help you with this.

The items are mythical. They wouldn’t even pass.
I just bought a glove, updated the game and it just disappeared. Armor, Ring, Gloves and Pants.
Note: The item gems were in my inventory.
However, there were a lot of abductitis. There were only 1200. Apart from the sparks, there was only 1.
If I had crafted it. It was supposed to have the items. They disappear. If I had fallen to the ground. The gems wouldn’t be in my bag. There is no way to!
