The item I picked up from the store was missing from my backpack

Hello,
after receiving the Diablo 4 product as a gift on my Steam account, I saw that in the ‘shop’ section in the D4 game I had 2 free gifts to collect, but I did not know when they could be collected (I only received one on December 26, 2023: Order #EU728924913 ‘Bluehand Heartbreaker’). When today, i.e. On December 31, 2023, I wanted to pick up the second gift, but it turned out that it was no longer there.

  1. The first issue concerns the received free item ‘Bluehand Heartbreaker’ (where can I find it because I didn’t have such an item in the ‘Inventory’)? Should I look for it from a merchant?
  2. The second case concerns the uncollected second gift from the store. If there was a deadline for collecting it, is there any chance of adding the contents of this gift to my account, or is it unfortunately gone forever? I wrote to Technical Support but did not receive any specific answer. They wrote to me that I should write on the forum and the developers would take care of my case.

Cosmetics that you get from the store don’t appear in your inventory. You select them in wardrobe menu. Not every item is available to every class, e.g. a sorcerer won’t have access to a sword.

Cosmeitcs that you find in-game from drops or vendors appear inventory items and need to be “consumed” first before appearing in the wardrobe.

Cosmetics are in the Wardrobe where you can change your gear appearance. The character needs to both be able to use the weapon type, AND have one equipped, in order to transmog it. A Necro with a scythe equipped won’t be able to select a sword transmog for it, or even see any sword transmogs. Just an example.

Thank you all for your answer :smiley:. I actually found beauty styles in my wardrobe. I’m a fan of the Diablo series, but the current D4 is very extensive and has a lot of additions that I don’t know much about yet.

You have to get your info from youtube as D4 does not tell you anything
