I’m confused, first they allow super rare items to drop and then we have NO drops at all?? I opened 115 chests over 3 days and i got ONLY 3 LEGENDARIES…Huh? Am I just the unluckiest person in the game or did they actually break something for the upcoming season?

Yeah that’s pretty rough, I got a few uniques yesterday, not from the mysteries chests. The other ones.

That seems about right, give or take a few uniques. The devs never improved the unique drop rates they just enabled them to drop from the helltide chests so we had another way of getting them. basically the drop rate still sucks, just like it did before the patch.
i dont know about that one dude…Have you SEEN the levels of drop rates recently? Try a nightmare 50…DOESNT FREAKIN WORK. I’m actually curious what level you are now because it might be incredibly funny.
One helltide, I got two uniques and some good anestrals. Then I did a helltide the next day, got squat. All sacreds, low roll legendaries, no uniques.

It sounds like you’re opening normal helltide chest. Look for a site or guide that shows you the location of mysterious chest during a helltide. Mysterious Chest don’t show up on the map unless you’re really close to them. The chest give out random loot, but I’m pretty sure its a minimum of 2 legendaries and a max of 5.
Yesterday was lvl 75. Can go thru my chest and tell you the ones I got. I know it was a dagger, pair of boots and an amulet.
Only the mysteries chest is worth opening, the others are not. Multiplied by the fact that any kind of uniq can be in any chest, so you can drop a uniq ring etc in a helm chest, so the only chests worth opening are mysteries.
No offense but asmongold contradicted you there…he was talking about this on stream the other day and tbh i think everyone who loves this game SHOULD check out his review on it, it really opened my eyes lol
that guy isnt even a good gamer tbh, all he does in every game is getting carried by people or accepting items, shouldnt listen to people like that
That’s fine, he’s allowed. I don’t put much stock in streamers, the game is the way it is partly thanks to them. I was just commenting on my experience. I don’t make sh@t up… don’t see the point.
I got about 9 uniques yesterday and maybe 3 or 4 today. All the bad common uniques do drop regularly, then the slightly rarer common uniques drop slightly less often, and followed last are the very specific rare class uniques. The fact is uniques are dropping and I am seeing it all, and they’re all going straight into the nearest blacksmith or shop I see, I dont care which since they’re all pretty bad for any play style I would have.
Its just a shame they walled off 6 uniques the day of launch, and cut content for a further group of uniques to release them later. Very shady decisions made about how they planned on limiting what we can access at endgame post launch .

The mystery chests i open pop at 4 or 5 legendaries every time. They are sacred though so pretty much trash unless the aspect is decent.
