The "greatly increased XP from Nightmare dungeons"

is still a joke…

It is way quicker to do normal dungeons which results in a higher XP per hr rate…

If players should use all content then all content should be equally difficult and rewarding.
If there is content with a higher difficulty, than it has to be more rewarding.

I am making 1.5M-1.7M exp per level 50NM. It takes me about 5mins to complete a level 50 at level 90.

I am getting crazy exp from NM dungeons at 85. Like its insane how fast it is… to the point I am afraid they broke something and it will get patched

Hopefully, once Blizzard gets rid of a couple of things, farming normal dungeons will be useless. One, dungeon reset work around. Basically, it is supposed to take 1 minute before you can enter the dungeon again IF you complete the entire dungeon; otherwise, it is supposed to take 2 minutes. However, if you break and reform the party, the timer is reset.

Two, is 4 on 4. Basically, each person enters a separate dungeon and everyone gets the XP for each dungeon.

It’s to fast. The casuals are turning this into D3. Just like it happens before when D3 launched. History literally repeating itself.

Didn’t grind regular dungeons before the change, not doing it now even if it’s still “better”

It feels like a clear example of optimizing the fun out of a game to me? There’s literally nothing waiting for you once you reach 100 either way…

you are trash… the exp boost is way better. i already went from 88 to 89 in under an hour

Ya same here. I almost feel bad running these NM dungeons. I am getting ridiculous amounts of XP now in the few tests i did playing solo.

I really don’t get why people so badly want to get there so quickly. I guess they feel “grinding sucks” threads aren’t as prestigious as “lvl 100 and bored” threads.

At this stage of development, Blizzard would’ve been better off capping at 70 anyway.

Yeah…

I mean, I’m optimistic that later on there might be a reason to be level 100 and to play “end game” but right now,

End game is clearly level 50+ and leveling, gearing and having fun challenging yourself doing nightmare dungeons is what it is. Grinding normals over and over, faster or not, is approaching the game in such a way that it basically has nothing to offer.

I’m already a little bit mixed feelings about how much faster it is now because leveling, playing and getting new stuff is nice but also right now that’s literally the game, and we’re also ending the game much sooner now.

It really does feel like 70-75 is where the gameplay stops offering anything worth continuing for right now. Especially after hitting 73, things that were fun like Helltides are just trivial and the fun is dying off.

Yeah they should have needed all xp across the board. No one should be above level 50 yet. Should take at least a year to get to 100.

At least one world tier (I know, it was mined, but it was obvious before that) and at least 2 (hopium) item tiers are very clearly missing from the game.

So what’s the problem of people getting to 100 then?

Yeah normal dungeons don’t give glyph xp… I don’t want to see you back here at level 100 complaining that your glyphs are still at level 10 and seems like you will never get them to 21…farming normals just means you will have to refarm nightmares after. You are not saving time.

It’s not a problem for me, although I would prefer slower xp (but not item) progress myself (not slower than it was pre-patch). I just don’t get it. Did I misspeak somewhere and state otherwise?

this will never be a thing with seasons/ladder resets. lol. itd kill the game immediately.
