The great feast wrathful heart is applying 0% the 75% damage boost for my necromancer with all minions sacrificed. Further, the 5 essence per second it’s draining from me is NOT mitigated at all by the determination 90% reduction in resource draining effects heart I have socketed at the same time.

Broken. Doesn’t give the damage or apply the resource heart. Literally farmed this for hours to get my own personal resource burn with no benefit.

yeah same for me, none of the hearts work properly no damage for The great feast and no resource mitigation from determination
