I was gifted this game, I wasn’t going to buy it because the beta was SO poor, but I’m not going to NOT play a free game. but this is ridiculous, this game is basically unplayable. it freezes all the time and glitches out. I’ll try to enter a dungeon and the game just freezes, cant progress. sometimes it’s the same dungeon multiple times. other times I’ll try to teleport or dash and I get stuck in a wall or something. Blizzard, why would you release an unfinished game this is crazy
Could You share the characteristics of your computer in general terms, and by the way, it’s worth checking for hardware compatibility.

Check the quality of the Internet connection, if possible, connect the device with a cable.
It is also worth checking how much free space is on the media, lower the graphic detail.
Check if the device requires maintenance (dust cleaning, replacement of thermally conductive components on the processor).

It’s not any of those issues, console is hardwired and all other games/media works fine. I just rebooted maybe that will fix.guessing probably not

Freezing and glitxhing. I ssue still persists. Today specifically it is the “untamed thicket” I’ve tried to access it 4 times, game just freezes. Before I made the post I let it sit there for 5 minutes just to see if it would load. Nada. Just rebooted the console and tried again, nada
Perform preventive maintenance on the device. Just as I know, due to static parameters, optimization on all similar devices is the same, but no one else complains, from which we can conclude that you may have a problem with the device itself.
Does anyone from blizzard actually read these? Or do they just not care? There is nothing wrong with the console, how did I get to level 25 if there is something wrong with the console? Literally everything else works fine, other games, 4k movies, movies on external drives, etc etc. It is clearly a bug with this game not sure why that’s hard to figure out

I also recommend checking the status of the media on the device, I forgot that this can also create a problem if the game files got into bad / damaged places.
PS. They will most likely recommend the same. I just want to save your time.
I don’t see how I would have any control over that, as I simply put the disc in and it started auto installing
Did you install on an external drive? If yes, then make sure that it works on USB 3.0 at least.
An external drive can also get hot and create a similar problem.
No it’s installed on the main drive and I don’t have much else on there, except d3 and d2 ressurected. So,maybe you can escalate this issue to someone at blizzard because on the 5th try,with enemies on the screen it finally let me in. The other 4 times I had killed all enemies and was just standing there. CLEARLY a bug with the game 
Believe me, if I could have already sent, But they answer very rarely and after a couple of days, so this will create a problem. And I don’t have contacts at Blizzard. So if you have already checked everything that I have listed, then it remains to sit and wait, most likely they will answer no earlier than 10 o’clock in America on Monday (this forum is American). So you’ll have to be patient. By the way, after 2 hours of play, they also do not issue refunds (at least there is such an opinion on the forum itself).

Tell them exactly where and under what circumstances this happens. The game pauses or does not respond to commands. You move from place to place or you stand in one place. By the way, if this is not a native drive, but an additional drive, indicate its brand and manufacturer, sometimes it can be from this, the forum seemed to indicate that there was a problem with some kind of solid-state drives, though two on a PC.

In my case, it seemed that standing still with no enemies on the screen while pressing the A button to enter the “untamed thicket” caused the glitch, while possibly having live enemies running around allowed me to enter. If I’m not mistaken, some devices have the option to install an additional one and some users change the built-in one to a larger one. If I understand correctly, the equipment sometimes perceives part of the instructions of the game as internal commands, therefore, most likely, the model and manufacturer may be required to check for a problem.

I will be trying an ancestral dungeon, the game will freeze as enemies show up on screen and then I somehow die instantly even if I am level 80+ and trying a tier 21 dungeon where the enemies are all level 78 as a level 80+ character. Helltide was semi-playable and they seemed to have buffed XP rates but every few minutes the game will freeze, spawn a group of enemies on top of me while the screen has frozen, and then I will somehow be dead even if I’m 10 levels above them with good gear that gives me a ton of hp back for enemies just being near me and temerity unique pants for extra survivability and barriers.
Dont get me started on the broken timers that say there is at least an hour and 10 minutes before each event AS THEY START OR A WORLD BOSS SPAWNS. This is an unfixed bug from the betas and server slam.
Helltide will also claim there is at least an hour left for it in game and then I get a popup saying “helltide will end in 5 minutes.” No one else is talking about this annoying bug and I am seriously wondering where they are getting their timer info from. Its surely not from playing the game.
Its even worse in PVP as blood marked players will show up, your game white screens with “Diablo 4 is Not responding”, and then you end up dead in an unplayable duel.
I’ve uninstalled the game until further notice and I recommend you do too. This is rediculous when DESTINY 2 has more stable servers than Diablo 4 does. I even went flawless in trials this weekend within an hour. Compared to the constant lag even just walking around in Diablo 4.

Yeah sounds like the pc experience is worse than xbox, however the game still freezes at LEAST twice an hour during game play, and if I’m in town sorting through inventory too quickly, or moving around the paragon board too quick, boom, frozen, and I have to completely exit out and reboot. Not very fun
