Or is it just everyone in my VC? PTR was fine no lag, the entire time I was playing PTR I heard everyone in my HC voice channels saying that they were lagging. I thought this would be fixed since the game was running PTR simultaneously. I’ve just gotten back onto HC ssn 3 and BOOM lagalicious. wtf?

Yep. Feeling it in normal Eternal realm, PC. Disconnected once earlier. Now I’m getting regular desync that lasts upwards of 30 seconds. In multiple areas. Strange though, because it’s not constant.
Yeah one of the guys in our vc said he reset his ps5 and it worked better. Now the other guy who wasn’t lagging is now lagging lol. What did they change?! Is there a glitch in the matrix?! 
This could be due to a driver update, a hotfix, a server problem, or a cache problem.
Restart the PC just to discard the cache and possible pending updates.
It comes and goes for everyone in our group. Thanks for the tips! like I said, it comes and goes in waves for everyone I’ve talked to. One of the users in our group is on PSN and just lagged out of game randomly. I restarted pc etc. and it’s working alright. It’s been an issue since 10 days ago on Tuesday when PTR dropped. I have a channel dedicated to this stuff and everyone is in unison agreeing that servers must have something going on.

Now it’s lagging again for me. Probably just going to log off kinda sketchy playing hardcore. My friend running Gauntlet (Rank # 1 in his class solo) told me he has to manually pick up the points off the ground because the lag is so bad. He also plays on PS 5. We’ve all agreed since we’re on hardcore we’re going to just log out for the night. I’d be surprised if it was just our group experiencing this lag.
In Diablo 3 it was very common for players from a specific country or internet service to have problems with the game… try to see if there is something in common.
For example, a common Audio bug in Diablo 3 is due to Razer’s RGB controller (Don’t ask… IDFK how 
)
One player lives in Lebanon, one player is in states, one in AUS one in NZ. 2 on pc 1 on xbox one on psn. lol We’re all lagging but again it comes and goes.
I also remember that when you played in a group (Diablo 3), if each player was on different servers, everyone except the host would lag. The problem was that the connection between servers was slow.
(In this case there is nothing to do. Just wait for the internal connection of the servers to stabilize.)
Been having issues as well. A few rubberbanding here and there. Mostly in the overworld mainly. Nothing major inside dungeons. Seems like people got withdraw from PTR jumping into live diablo 4 again.
