So I have been getting this bug fairly frequently during d4 gameplay since the mid season patch of either season 8 or 9. Can occur 5 mins into gameplay or an hour, idling in town, running dungeons/helltides/infernal hordes/ bosses/undercity.
Playing on PC, key specs:
i9 14900HX (2.20 GHz)
32.0 GB ram
RTX 4060 laptop
Win 11

I have done all of these things (including 2 reinstalls) to no success. I have even tried upgrading my router which hasn’t done anything at all. still getting disconnects, some just kick me back to the character select, others kick me out of game.
I was wondering if there was some collective wisdom that might be able to help me out?
UPDATE: seem to get more crashes now (get a reconnecting to diablo in the top left of screen) still getting random disconnects though.
Went digging around in the install folder, found some fenrisdebug files. Would these have anything to do with my issue?
