There are about 10-20 people here that have been blowing the forums up with excessive toxicity
Do the work and ignore them. Yes it takes way to many clicks to ignore people. But, once it’s done, you actually start to see real conversations and a good mix of positivity and true criticism without all the hyperbole and salt.
You’re welcome

There’s just as many that have been blowing up the forums with toxic positivity, which is honestly worse. At least the people being negative want the game to get better.

It’s been an echo chamber for the loud minority the last week.

You must have missed the part where I spoke of true criticism, without all the drama.
No one killed a baby. Feedback is important, but not the hate.

There has been plenty of that, and every time a bunch of Blizzard apologists swarm in and dump all over it.

The toxicity got to me a lil bit at first, now I’m fully armored and just sit in the middle as all the chairs and tables fly over my head.
I’m enjoying myself, and I’ve noted some cool folks on the forums, Runez here is one of them.
So among the wreckage there is still some sanity that survived.
Have a great weekend y’all!

I think it’s possible you may be on copium.

Not really, there were definitely people arguing back and forth.
What is copium? Actually don’t know what that is, some sort of new slang?
It’s not new. Google exists:
A fictional or metaphorical opiate taken in order to cope when one is faced with loss or disillusionment. The humorous implication is that copium gives energy to denial in those that consume it.
Yea and I’m sure copium isn’t a real word.
I’m not up to date on current English slang words. Forgive me for not being ignorant enough to not learn those words that have no practical use in normal conversation.

Dumbing down a game, making easy as hell is not a game getting better…

@OP You go to a forum not to read sentiments of all kinds, but rather just sentiments you approve of? How is that public discourse, exactly? People keep throwing the word “echo chamber” around, often in hyperbole, but that’s truly what seems to fit the best if that’s what you go to a forum to do.
Seems excessively self-comforting to be doing so, and very much like being in denial.
