After killing the hellborn Locran does not appear. I have tried swapping World Tiers, I have restarted the game, I have town portaled to Ruins of Rakhat Keep and ran to the quest marker, I have portaled back to Zarbinzet and ran back. Nothing works. I have read that this has been an issue for atleast the last 30 days, how has it not been addressed, and what can I do to resolve it so I can progress?
