"The Embers Yet Smoulder" won't progress

I cannot enter the Strongroom to Retrieve Blood Relic since my game was interrupted by real life and I had to come back. I can’t track it, auto pin it, or even see the location I’m supposed to get my character to go to. Obviously this is super-frustrating!
If Eldhaime Keep is on the map, please make it findable!

I had the same issue and tried logging in later, and the dungeon finally appeared.

Thanks. It’s appeared again. It’s near Firebreak manor WP which is SW of Cerrigar
