I agree in principle, but in practice some do put out informative YT videos.
I watched a nearly 2 hr long one from Lucky Ghost that caught me up pretty well on all the changes since launch. I quit shortly after the game came out. His video was a good primer on all the endgame stuff and the 30 different crafting systems. (I have no affiliation with LG, the algorithm recommended his video)
