This bug has happened to me a couple times tonight. I’m doing quests or just wandering around the new area, and the waypoint for The Den disappeared from my map, even my mercenary reinforcement disappears from group. So I log out of character, only to find out my spiritborn character is greyed out, and I have to reboot the entire game just log back in.
