The Cathedral of Light quest does not come up, I am on WT18 and still no mount, what am I doing wrong, please help
Capstone dungeons no longer exist and if you skipped the campaign I believe that you need to be level 25 to acquire a mount.
Now to progress past Penitent you need to be level 60 and run The Pit in Cerrigar at Torment 1 difficulty.
