Hi guys,
Can someone help me? I can’t enter The Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon. Even though, I haven’t finished all Acts (currently on Act 3) somehow, I managed to enter the The Cathedral of Light dungeon. I couldn’t defeat the Curator, so I decided to give him another chance next day, so I teleported out from the dungeon. Today the dungeon entrance just vanished into thin air. Has anyone experienced the same problem? I’m on level 50 with sorcerer. Thanks the answers in advance.
Are you on world tier 2? That was my issue. You can set it to tier 2 at the statue in Kyovashad’s main square.

My bad. I forgot to mention that I’m on world tier two. I even changed to tier one and back to tier two, but it didn’t solve the problem. I read all topics related to this dungeon, but so far I haven’t found a solution.
Sounds like a bug. You should contact Blizzard through the ingame support function. They may be able to reset your character’s state so you can re-enter it. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.

My friend was experiencing something similar, where the door was not there or would not open. He described it I was not there. I would just restart it could be a bug.
Yes, exactly the same for me. The door isn’t there where it was before. A restart didn’t solve the problem or did you mean a complete uninstall?
No just a relog, I would try a ticket if a relog did not fix it, it could be some bug caused by the recent patches.
I guess the bug here is, that the entrance was there in the first place. It should only appear once the story is finished. So just finish Act 6 and it should be there again.

Relog didn’t work. But, based on the threads and comments of other players, I am thinking on it that the entrance should have never been there till I haven’t finished Act 6. It was just weird that it was available on Act 3 then just disappeared and no one reported similar problem. Thanks for the responses anyway.
it is still doing it i will log out back in
