I am a 94 Rogue, currently doing L45 dungeons fairly easily. I want to go after the bosses but I have not played them on the soft core side. So I’m a little worried of the unknown. Currently AP-15k, armor-11k, life 12k, fire at 62%, shadow 58%, the rest at 70%

They’re not that hard with 11k armor, most of new bosses lv 75 only Duriel is 100, btw Varshan do shadow dmg so you should cap it just in case
Nice post. I play the game similar. I also never played SC. Played the storyline without knowing who the endboss would be. Died on Lilith the first playthrough. I stood on a piece of rock that dissapeared.
Lost another two characters on world bosses.
So I understand the hesitation of running into a unknown boss fight 
Off topic: we should be able to manage the Hall of fallen heroes. I already got 8 dead characters and had one overwritten recently.
On a L90-100 toon, all of the bosses are a joke except maybe Duriel who is perhaps some challenge. I killed all of them on first attempt, without knowing anything, on my homebrew build, without any danger. Only Duriel is 100, the rest are like all 70-85 and don’t scale up with you.
Unfortunately my character died. I was playing him at my friends house. The internet wasn’t as good as my own and a bit laggy. The whole time, I’m thinking this is stupid. lol. But I was doing a NMD that was 1 level below me and rolling through. I got into a room and 3 seekers showed up and they were hitting hard. I hit concealment and ran away but 1 chased me and at tht same time there was a big lag and before I knew it, he was dead. My own stupidity for playing with crap internet.

always play with good internet connection, max defenses, get all the achievements before playing wb.
4 deaths here, all due to meeting the Butcher early on.
just run away from the butcher. i killed the butcher in tier 3 and get the achievement.
i finally get to level 100. almost died many times.
