Nighthowler’s Aspect Blood Howl (Shout) and Debilitating Roar (Shout) with Bold Chieftain’s Aspect equipped is not working to give Bold Chieftain’s Shout Cooldown Reduction. This is occurring with and without Vocalized Empowerment aspect also equipped which is a bit upsetting since they are a two-pair and are a nice addition to the class. Vocalized Empowerment fortunately is working appropriately.
These details were submitted in game as well via the bug report system.
Omg! I was just mucking around with this and thought, this would be cool! To my surprise, these do not stack! Hilarious we both just stumbled upon this (unless it used to work and is now bugged).

Unreal, just fix it blizzard or remove it from the game. Such an amateur look when there are posts from months/years ago. Alienating everyone who doesnt wanna play the new classes
