The Best Rings?

I playing a L100 Blizzard Sorcerer, pretty much following the Maxroll Endgame Blizzard build. It’s very effective and I’m almost really to try Uber Lilith for the first time on this build.
I have three good rings, all reasonably well rolled:

  1. Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop
  2. X’Fals’ Corroded Signet
  3. Blue Rose
    Which two do you think would work best together?

What is you lucky hit rate, and is blue rose your only mana cost reduction source?
