Ah “notifications”.
Best applied judiciously.
The alternative is consumer irritation and tuning out from seeing them eventually.
Worst thing is one that keeps coming back when in frustration you make it go away.

It is overpriced, for sure. If they dropped the price a bit, might make more sales.
Until the free gift is something other than a weapon, Blizzard can spam these freebies at me until the end of time and I really won’t give a poop.
Also I have a bunch of platinum sitting idle from when you could still get a free premium Battle Pass with Microsoft Reward points and still I refuse to buy anything from this greed machine.
It’s actually yet another reference to Dante’s Inferno which the game borrows from heavily. But, sure, giggling at Greek words sounding vaguely scatalogical is an easy joke.
Edit: I should’ve given credit to the Greeks like Virgil and Homer who initially wrote about Hades and the lands of the dead in Greek mythology. Cocytus (‘co’ as in coworker, ‘KI’ as in KIte, ‘tus’ as in tussin) is the River of Lamentation in Hades. Authors like Dante and Milton borrowed from those works and blended them into their Christian fanfic depictions of Hell.

That’s where this game takes me.
They’d get much better sales if they would stop making the sets class locked. If there’s one area PoE’s armor skins shine it’s that you can use them on any class.

Some days ago, There was some drooling mouthbreathers screeching nonsense about talking about PoE here was good because “comparisons”, but those PoE posts only ever amounted to poo-flinging like caged monkeys.
Nice that you actually provided a useful comparison. I always thought the Lord Eater armor for barb and the scarecrow outfit for necro was dope AF, but i don’t play either class. If those armors were class neutral, 100% would buy them

It’s just jebait for the fish, like the platinum in the battlepass wich is always 200 short to buy anything so you basically are baited to buy platinum to spend those…they already have a full price tag, with deluxe edition prices and yet they still needed a battlepass and paid mtx shop.
The desperation is real on the blizzard side to get those extra dollars out of players pockets…
